Scavenger Hunt Bingo

This year, our attendees will, again, be participating in Scavenger Hunt Bingo. This will give our attendees the opportunity to learn fun and unique facts about your company. With that, we have created a questionnaire for you to fill out that will be used to compile clues for the bingo card. Below you will find the link to the questionnaire, as well as, examples of the bingo card. If you are interested in participating in Scavenger Hunt Bingo and would like to add this opportunity to your contract, complete the 2013 BarkWorld Expo Contract and send to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Shipping Exhibit Booth & Materials
You can walk your items directly in the hotel and set up based on the expo installation hours.
Out of Town Sponsors:
For large boxes, crates, and other booth materials you can utilize our tradeshow vendor Cherry Convention Services. Your expo materials will be placed in your booth location early Thursday (8/24) morning and will be waiting for you upon your arrival.

For small items (envelops, last minute items,etc.) you can ship directly to the Westin hotel. Please refer to the Exhibitor Information document for detailed information, including pricing.
Register Your Staff
To register for this year’s conference, visit our Registration page, and use the promotional code: Sponsor.
Note: The number of conference passes you receive is based on your sponsorship level. Please refer to your exhibit/sponsor contract to confirm you number of passes PRIOR to registering your staff.
If you need to purchase additional staff passes, you can use code ExhibitPass to receive a 50% discount. This code can ONLY be used by employees of your company, not agency representatives, friends or family. Staff members that use this code may be asked to show a business card upon check-in.
